Jambone Records was formed in 2000 by Mean Gene and Joni Kelton in Houston, Texas to promote releases by Mean Gene Kelton & The Die Hards, a hot Texas bluesrock band thats a biker rally and festival favorite.

Currently, there are two releases: Most Requested (2000) and Mean Guitar (2003), with a third scheduled for August 2007 called Going Back To Memphis: A Biker Band Tribute To Elvis.
